If you received damaged product from UPS or Common Carrier, please do not return the product to ITC. Contact the shipper to initiate a claim. If you receive damaged goods through an ITC delivery, please contact your sales representative or ITC directly

Credit or replacement will not be issued for materials without a return goods authorization number (RGA). Email to returns@itc-us.com or call ITC's corporate office at (616) 396-1355 with an itemized list of goods, reason for return and quantities to be returned.

Please note that all non-defective items returned to ITC are subject to approval and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

Once an RGA number has been issued, simply return the product(s), freight prepaid, to either ITC office at the addresses listed below. Once the goods have been evaluated by our quality control personnel, a credit will be issued or replacement parts will be shipped. Credit will be issued for products only, no freight or labor will be credited.

Replacement parts will be sent at no charge, freight prepaid.

ITC reserves the right to choose any of these options at its discretion.
